It’s no wonder they have taken the Internet by storm and why many celebrities incorporate smoothies in their daily diet as a means to get a healthy dose of energy and nutrients or even to help them maintain their weight.
Here at Teatox Australia, we have crafted for you 4 incredible smoothie recipes that you can make at any time of the day that you need a healthy boost. Here they are:
No 1: Mango Tango. This smoothie recipe is great if you are a fan of mango and exotic tastes that are both sweet and sour. This 170-calorie smoothie is ideal for breakfast and will keep you energized and alert for hours, till your next meal. To make this smoothie, simply brew one bag of teatox in one cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes, let chill and combine in a blender with ½ cup of frozen mango chunks, 1 tbsp of vanilla greek yoghurt and 1 tsp of agave syrup.
